WW is a Massage Therapy Clinic that focuses on whole-body wellness and recovery. We are highly skilled and educated practitioners who always put the patient first. We listen to you, we educate you, and develop a treatment plan together that will generate the best outcomes to reach your goals. We also love to collaborate with other members of your healthcare team.

Every practitioner is well educated in a wide variety of skills and techniques, and we each have our specialties too. Sweet Relief
​This half hour reflexology treatment is great for a quick tune up, or as a bi-weekly treatment plan.

Bearfoot Treatment
This hour long reflexology treatment is absolutely blissful! An entire hour of work just on your feet, plus feel the effects cascade throughout your whole body.

Ion Detox Foot Bath
Enjoy a relaxing and detoxifyng foot soak as a stand alone service or added on to a reflexology treatment.

BioMat Nap
This is your opportunity to take that nap you’ve always dreamed of right after your MT session. Come rest on this awesome mat for a boost in healing, whether it be for chronic pain, illness, injury, or stress/anxiety. So if you'd like extra time on the mat after your session or would like to come in and just rest with no massage, This Is It! We will also include a 5min "wake up" foot massage at the end of your 30 or 60min nap.

We understand life happens and sometimes you need to cancel your appointments, however, please understand that our time is valuable too!
Please call us with as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations made within 24hrs and/or no-shows will be charged 50% of the booked service fee to the credit card used to hold the appointment.
What to Expect
Please arrive a few minutes early so you're not rushing into your session. You will be prompted to fill out a health intake form when you book online, and will be texted or emailed the form if you call in for an appointment. Please fill out this form Before arrival. Kids under 16 will need a guardian to sign their intake form giving consent.
For your reflexology session, you will only need to remove your socks and roll up your pant legs. We recommend wearing comfy clothes for optimum relaxation.
Even though your therapist will work primarily on your feet, you may still feel sensations throughout your whole body as areas release.

Reflexology - ​Foot reflexology is a simple, non-invasive method to help balance the body. It's a manual therapy that requires the application of a specific type of pressure on particular areas of the feet. The principle is that there are reflexes in the feet that correspond to every part of the body, so by understanding this foot map, you can attain anything from deep relaxation to improved circulation, to reduced pain. It’s like a massage for your feet that affects your whole body!
Reflexology is actually an ancient practice. It’s been practiced for thousands of years in such places as China, Egypt, and India. It was first brought to North America by Dr. William Fitzgerald, who was an ear, nose, and throat specialist. His first stab at Western reflexology was called “zone therapy” in the early 1900s. From there, Eunice Ingham, a physiotherapist, picked up the pieces and developed the current techniques and a body map of the foot, which later became known as reflexology.

Infrared Light Therapy - Far infrared rays are part of the electromagnetic light spectrum and are close to the light frequency of natural sunlight. However, far infrared light does not contain any harmful UV radiation like sunlight does. The beneficial properties of far infrared light have received a lot of attention from the scientific community in recent years, however NASA started conducting research on this decades ago and found out how important infrared light is to healthy cellular function.
All of our treatment rooms at WW are outfitted with Amethyst BioMats, which deliver far infrared light and negative ions during your session.

Pain Management - We are no strangers to treating pain. We see many post-op patients who are committed to a strong rehab program, as well as people who are prepping for surgery. Chronic pain is another daily battle we can help you with. There are many more options than just pills and surgery to abate chronic pain; manual bodywork and energetic balancing are often the keys to relieving most pains. ​

Stress Relief - Stress is linked to the top six causes of death in America. Chronic stress wreaks havoc on your physical body and your mind. It slows the natural healing process, increases blood pressure, perpetuates disease, and significantly taxes your mental capacity. Massage therapy, energy work, and just breathing deeply can quickly lower your stress hormones and support homeostasis in your body. We recommend regular treatments every week during stressful times. ​
